POSTPONED UNTIL SEPTEMBER!
In this workshop, we’ll explore ways to be reunited with our inner child. By creating a compassionate bond with our younger selves, we begin to release layers of stored trauma. The inner child simply longs to be seen, heard, and loved. In this sacred space, we allow that voice to emerge—gently and safely.
Expect to be surrounded by community while opening the lines of communication with your younger self. A reading from Danielle’s book, Hugging Olivia, will help us dive deep into the emotional space of connecting with the inner child. The bond with the inner child is the catalyst to feel more empowered, capable, loved, and understood.
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
